Monkleigh Mill is a self-contained holiday home. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite shower over bath bathrooms. Kitchen dining room and large living room with views over the Duntz valley. No smoking permitted in the the accommodation.

Accommodation layout:

• Lower ground floor – two double bedrooms with over bath showers

  
  

• Ground floor – open plan kitchen diner with patio doors leading to patio eating area with bbq

  
  

• First floor – large lounge with log burner

Due to stepped access to the Mill, it is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Heating:

• Bedrooms and kitchen diner have underfloor heating.

  
  

• Lounge has radiator and log burner

  
  

(Please note: Firelighter, kindling and logs on arrival. Further logs can be purchased from local garage or on site.)

Outside:

• Patio area, large deep fish pond with hot tub area (Gated access)
